Develop a strong value proposition and positioning statement to differentiate your product in the market. This module will also cover clear messaging and tailored sales pitch frameworks to effectively communicate with your target audience.

4. Pricing Strategy and Sales Tactics

Understand the cost structures and pricing models relevant to your product. This week covers conducting a thorough cost analysis and developing competitive pricing strategies. Learn to communicate the value of your product over its price to customers, ensuring they see its worth.

5. Distribution Channels and Logistics

Explore various distribution channels, including direct-to-consumer e-commerce, partnering with retailers, and utilizing online marketplaces. Learn about wholesale opportunities and establish relationships with manufacturers and suppliers. This module also covers inventory management and efficient shipping processes.

6. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Develop techniques for lead generation through networking, social media, and referrals. Create and execute a prospecting plan to systematically identify potential customers. You will also learn to use tools for lead tracking and management to streamline your sales efforts.

7. Sales Techniques and Customer Service Excellence

Build and train yourself (or your sales team) to excel in consultative selling and rapport building. Develop effective sales scripts and tools, learn to handle objections, and overcome sales barriers. This module also covers best practices for customer service, including handling post-sale inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

8.  Digital Sales Tools and Social Media
